SAIL OCTT Recruitment 2024 for Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) – (OCTT) का नोटिफिकेशन रिलीज हुआ है इसमें सिलेक्शन होने वाले विद्यार्थी को 2 साल की ट्रेनिंग के लिए रखा जाएगा और ट्रेनिंग के दौरान first year में 16100 वेतन दिया जाएगा और second year में 18300 का वेतन मिलेगा कंपनी के रूल के हिसाब से वह medical, facility, leaves इस ट्रेनिंग के दौरान प्राप्त कर सकते हैं

2 साल की ट्रेनिंग successful कंप्लीट होने के बाद वह रेगुलर employee consider किए जाएंगे और सैलरी स्केल पर ग्रेड-3 के हिसाब से उनका वेतन रहेगा Rs. 26600-38920/-

CTC at minimum of scale of pay on regularisation in S-3 grade will be Rs.10.4 Lakh (approx) per annum (excluding location based allowances, category specific allowances etc.)

SAIL OCTT 2024 Age Limit as on 18 March 2023 age should be between 18 year to 28 years. Age relaxation also apply as per government rules.

• The Maximum Age relaxation for SC/ST category candidates- 5 years
• The Maximum Age relaxation for OBC (Non-creamy Layer) candidates- 3 years
